WIZ.AI is seeking a hands-on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and international markets from the Jakarta office at 88 Kasablanka. This role also handles HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks in a dynamic, international setting.

Strong English communication, proactive ownership, and the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment across functions and markets.
• Ability to communicate with international stakeholders in English.
• Willing to work full-time from the 88 Kasablanka office, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia, SEA and international markets.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Proactively build talent pipelines and explore new sourcing strategies to support business growth.

2. HR Operations & General Affairs (20%)

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support HR administration, employee engagement, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage daily office administration and general affairs activities at the 88 Kasablanka office.
• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, vendors, and other administrative needs.
• Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and productive working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and markets is highly preferred.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with strong ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
• Willing to work full-time from the office at 88 Kasablanka, Jakarta.
