Job summary

ByteBridge is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and maintain compliant records for Indonesia.

Collaborating with regional hiring managers, you will drive onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor requirements. English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in SEA or regional recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment practices and labor requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in technology, engineering, data center, or project-based industries is an advantage.
