MrScraper is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead our HR function as the company grows, shaping culture and organization across local and international teams.
You will own end-to-end HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and payroll coordination—while ensuring Indonesian employment law compliance and scalable systems as the business expands.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building HR systems from the ground up, improving processes, and working closely with management to shape our people, culture, and organization. You’ll work with a diverse workforce across local and international teams, giving you the opportunity to manage HR beyond traditional administration.
Build, improve, and lead end-to-end HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
Own recruitment and onboarding, from workforce planning and hiring to probation and employee development.
Develop performance management, career paths, KPI frameworks, and employee development initiatives.
Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, BPJS, and employee administration.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and termination/PHK processes.
Handle HR administration for foreign employees, including RPTKA, KITAS/ITAS, and related requirements.
Partner with managers and management on people-related decisions, organizational needs, and employee matters.
Drive employee engagement and initiatives that support a positive and high‑performing workplace.
Manage company assets and support office operations, including coordination with security and cleaning vendors.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
Lead HR projects and continuously improve HR systems as the company scales.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
4+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
Hands‑on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, termination, and offboarding.
Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations and their practical application in HR.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience building HR systems and processes from the ground up in a growing or mid‑sized company.
Experience managing a diverse workforce, including both local and foreign employees, and handling cross‑border HR matters.
Experience in a tech, startup, or fast‑growing company, with familiarity with HRIS, HR automation, and international teams.
