PLP Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, coordinate onboarding, and maintain HR records for the Indonesia market. You will partner with local and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant HR processes and accurate payroll inputs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ HR experience, strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a good understanding of Indonesian labor requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in SEA or regional recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor practices and requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
