Job summary

byOrange is seeking an HR Business Partner in Jakarta to collaborate with management and employees on people-related matters, alignment of HR solutions with business objectives, and resolution of workplace issues. The role emphasizes fair handling of grievances, policy guidance, and proactive communication across teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in HRBP or employee relations, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and a solid understanding of HR regulations and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or similar role.
• Strong experience in handling employee relations, workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and people management practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and business leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives
• Act as a trusted HR partner and point of contact for employees and management on people-related matters, concerns, and workplace issues
• Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and other employee-related cases
• Conduct fact-finding and provide appropriate recommendations or resolutions for employee issues while ensuring fair and consistent handling
• Advise managers on people management matters, including performance, employee conduct, team dynamics, and other HR-related decisions
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and applicable regulations to ensure consistent and compliant implementation
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and other people initiatives
