Job summary

Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management; champion a high-performance culture; ensure labor regulation compliance; and coach the HR team to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an HR managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations.
