• Support and drive organization development initiatives, such as organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning.
• Analyze and interpret HR data (performance, engagement, productivity) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, including conflicting decisions, urgent business needs, and issue escalation.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and governance, while offering alternative solutions when requests conflict with HR rules.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR role.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders at VP level or equivalent for at least 2 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis.
• HRBP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent, high-impact situations.
