Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in management or leadership
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations at federal/state/local levels
• Strong conflict resolution, strategic communication, negotiation, and people leadership abilities
