Job summary

goodseeds.id in BSD, Tangerang is seeking an experienced Human Capital & General Affair Manager to partner with the Director as a strategic HR Business Partner while leading day-to-day HR and GA operations.

The role will supervise 3 direct reports (Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development) and is a 1-Year Contract, full-time, on-site from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday at BSD, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of HR experience with strong HR Operations exposure.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director to provide insights and recommendations on people management, HR operations, and organizational improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, Learning & Development.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and proper documentation.
• Oversee General Affairs functions, including office facility management, company vehicle administration, business travel arrangements, etc.

A growing retail company in BSD is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Human Capital & General Affair Manager to work closely with the Director as a strategic HR Business Partner while leading day‑to‑day HR and GA operations.

Will manage direct Reports: 3 team members (Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Work Arrangement: Full Work From Office in BSD, Tangerang (Monday - Friday, 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Director to provide insights and recommendations on people management, HR operations, and organizational improvement.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.

7-10 years of professional HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Operations.

Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to balance business objectives with employee interests.

Proactive in providing constructive feedback, ideas, and recommendations to management.
