Job summary

Klamby in Tangerang is seeking a senior leader to head HR, General Affairs, and Legal, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving people initiatives.

You will develop HRGA and Legal strategies, oversee manpower planning, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and engagement, and manage facilities, contracts, and compliance. WFO in Tangerang with 8–10 years in HRGA and leadership; retail/fashion experience is a plus.

Job description

Lead and oversee the HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions, ensuring effective execution aligned with business needs and objectives.

Develop and implement HRGA & Legal strategies and act as a strategic business partner to management by providing insights and recommendations on people and organizational matters.

Oversee manpower planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.

Manage General Affairs and Legal functions, including facilities, assets, vendors, contracts/agreements, licensing, and coordination with external parties.

Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across HR, operational, and legal matters while driving continuous improvement to support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

Strong experience and understanding of HR Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, General Affairs, and employment law.

Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience in the retail/fashion industry is a plus and willing to work WFO in Tangerang.
