Job summary

PT. DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a People Technology Specialist to manage HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and support HR processes while delivering clear HR reports. The role bridges HR, IT, and software vendors to optimize data flows and system usage.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with major HR platforms. This is a contract-based position for 6 months, based in Indonesia with collaboration across Guardian and IKEA

Qualifications

• 1) Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 1-3 years HRIS experience.
• 2) Hands-on HR systems experience (Workday, SAP, SunFish, Pro-Int).
• 3) Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Job description

We are looking for a People Technology Specialist to manage HR systems, ensure employee data accuracy, support HR processes, and provide HR reports.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree Information Technology (IT) or related field, with 1-3 years of experience managing HRIS platforms or HR data.
• 2. Hands-on experience with standard HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SunFish, Pro-Int etc).
• 3. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning/analysis).
• 4. Ability to extract and generate key HR metrics.
• 5. Solid understanding of the Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding to Offboarding).
• 6. Basic SQL skills.
• 7. Strong problem-solving and attention to data accuracy.
• 8. Clear communication skills to bridge HR, IT, and software vendors.
• 9. Experience with Power Automate, system migration or implementation is a plus.
• 10. Willing to work on a contract basis (6 month).
