Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia mencari HR Generalist yang bersedia bekerja di lingkungan field untuk mendukung aktivitas HR di toko klien. Posisi ini melibatkan kunjungan langsung ke toko klien untuk administrasi karyawan, absensi, rekrutmen, onboarding, hubungan karyawan, dan penyusunan laporan HR.

Kandidat lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar, terutama dari bidang psikologi, HR management, atau bidang terkait.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate, preferably Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a mobile/field environment.
• Willing to travel to client stores.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support HR activities at client stores.
• Assist with employee administration and attendance monitoring.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist in handling employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
