Kredivo is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting specialist for Jakarta on a 6-month contract. You will optimize HRIS modules, manage data governance, and provide insights to support strategic HR decisions.

You will design and maintain HR reports and dashboards, coordinate with HR and IT, and leverage BI tools to translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong English and Indonesian communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Mindset: strong HRIS and data governance capability required.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and data modelling.
• Familiarity with API integrations and BI tool usage preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and optimise HRIS platforms and configurations.
• Lead HRIS projects, upgrades, and integrations with enterprise tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
