Job summary

Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to oversee a multi-entity HRIS operation in Jakarta. You will manage system configuration for new entities, coordinate payroll and attendance cycles, and drive data integrity across 38 active entities.

You will act as a primary liaison with IT and vendors, ensuring system security, integrations, and continuous improvements. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HRIS operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience managing HRIS in a large, multi-entity environment, preferably mining/manufacturing.
• Mastery of HRIS architectures: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits; RanHR preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, PPh 21 tax, BPJS, and translating to system logic.
• Advanced data manipulation and analytics with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align HO/site operations, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HRIS team and allocate workloads.
• Ensure data integrity and hygiene across 38 entities.
• Set up system configuration for new companies/entities.
• Coordinate support during monthly Attendance and payroll cycles.
• Gatekeeper for HRIS integration with IT and data security.
• Act as business consultant for HRIS vendor on upgrades and customization.
• Provide first-line support for HO and Site HR teams.
