Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking an experienced Lead Payroll professional to oversee end-to-end payroll for a large, multi-site workforce. You will ensure timely payments across salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, and roster-related payments, while maintaining compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations and BPJS.

The role emphasizes process improvement, HRIS optimization, and insightful payroll analytics to support cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Science, Engineering or related field.

Job description

Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large and multi-site workforce.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including salary, overtime, allowance, incentive, and roster-related payments.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations, PPh 21, BPJS, and company policies.

Drive payroll process improvement, HRIS optimization, and automation.

Provide payroll analysis and insights to support manpower cost management and business decisions.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Science, Engineering or related field.

7+ years of payroll experience, with proven leadership experience.

Strong experience in large-scale and multi-site payroll, preferably in the mining industry.

Solid knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, PPh 21, BPJS, overtime, and employee benefits.

Experience managing roster/site-based employees is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and advanced Excel.

Willing to travel to mining sites when required.
