Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a Reward Analyst to support our Joint Venture projects by managing reward data, payroll monitoring, and expatriate formalities. You will work with the HR and General Affairs teams to ensure policy alignment, data integrity, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Industrial Engineering or Math/Stats preferred).
• Experience in JV HR matters is a plus.
• Strong HR, Compensation & Benefits and payroll knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Mandarin conversational level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze employee data across entities for JV insights and recommendations.
• Monitor monthly payroll data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance checks for reward programs and processes.
• Assist expatriate employees with work permits, visas, and related matters.
• Collaborate with General Affairs on benefits, wellness, and retention initiatives.
