Job summary

You will ensure timely payments across salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, and roster-related payments, while maintaining compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations and BPJS.

The role emphasizes process improvement, HRIS optimization, and insightful payroll analytics to support cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Science, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large and multi-site workforce.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including salary, overtime, allowance, incentive, and roster-related payments.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, PPh 21, BPJS, and company policies.
• Drive payroll process improvement, HRIS optimization, and automation.
• Provide payroll analysis and insights to support manpower cost management and business decisions.
