Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage HCIS operations and maintain reliable employee data in Jakarta. You will ensure data accuracy across master records, organizational structures, and employment status, while handling joiners, transfers, promotions, and terminations in a timely, accurate manner.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in HRIS or related fields, strong English skills, and advanced Excel capabilities. Familiarity with Pro-Int is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (any major).
• At least 2 years in a related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiar with HRIS, especially Pro-Int.
• Experience in producing analytic reports.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HCIS operations and ensure system reliability.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data.
• Maintain employee master data, organizational structure, positions, and employment status.
• Ensure employee lifecycle transactions (joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, terminations) are updated accurately and on time.
