Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a Reward Analyst to support our Joint Venture projects by managing reward data, payroll monitoring, and expatriate formalities. You will work with the HR and General Affairs teams to ensure policy alignment, data integrity, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Industrial Engineering or Math/Stats preferred).
• Experience in JV HR matters is a plus.
• Strong HR, Compensation & Benefits and payroll knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Mandarin conversational level is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resource team, specifically in managing all reward-related matters for our Joint Venture projects. This includes employee data management, payroll data monitoring, payroll compliance checking, expatriate formalities, and assisting with General Affairs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyzeemployee data across entities to provide insights and recommendation regarding the JV process.
• Monitor the monthlypayroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure all reward programs and processes are in line with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with formalities for expatriate employees regarding the complianceof work permits, visas, and other related matters.
• Collaborate with the General Affairs team on various projects, such as employee benefits, wellness programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Min.Bachelor's degree of any related major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Mathematics/Statistics.
• Having experience in Joint VentureHR related matters will be a strong additional value.
• Strong background knowledge about HR, Compensation &Benefit, and/orpayroll process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
