Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking with business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, STEM, HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with managerial roles.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations.
• Experience in multi-site operations and project deployment.
• Ability to translate HR issues into practical business solutions.
• Ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
• Willingness to be assigned across project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions across multiple project sites.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, mobilization, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, collective agreements, and IR practices.
