Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an HRIS Analyst to process and validate employee data, support payroll cycles, and generate workforce analytics across multi-entity operations in Jakarta. You will act as first-line support for HRIS users, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with IT for access provisioning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of HRIS or data administration experience, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HRM, IS, IE, BA).
• 1–3 years of HRIS, data administration, or HR generalist experience.
• Experience managing large employee databases in multi-entity environments.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process daily HRIS data changes and employee movements to maintain clean databases.
• Audit data updates from HO and Site HR teams to minimize errors.
• Provide first-level HRIS user support during monthly attendance and payroll cycles.
• Generate HRIS reports and analytics for management.
• Assist in testing system updates and new features with IT.
• Coordinate with IT for user access provisioning and data verification.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity across entities.
