Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to drive data integrity and oversee the HRIS system across multiple entities. You will coordinate with IT and vendors, manage payroll and attendance cycles, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.

The role requires deep HRIS expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on support for HR stakeholders across HO and site operations in a multi-entity mining/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HRIS operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Experience managing HRIS in a large-scale, multi-entity environment - ideally within mining, manufacturing, or heavy conglomerates.
• Mastery of HRIS architectures and modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits). RanHR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (PPh 21, BPJS) and how they translate to system logic.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align Site, HO, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HRIS team, strategically allocating workloads during critical operational cycles.
• Ensure data integrity and database hygiene across 38 active entities and routine changes.
• Set up system configuration for new companies or entities.
• Coordinate and supervise support during monthly Attendance and payroll windows.
• Serve as primary liaison with IT for data exchanges and system security.
• Act as a Business Consultant for the HRIS Vendor on troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Provide first-level support for HO employees and Site HR teams.
