Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an HRIS Technical Senior Engineer to manage complex HRIS configurations, data integrity, and multi-entity payroll support in Jakarta. You will develop secure data integrations and work with vendors to implement system enhancements while ensuring payroll logic compliance.

You'll lead high-level technical support during payroll cycles, perform data audits, and coordinate with HR and IT to maintain accurate employee data across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IS/IT/CE or technical equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of solid HRIS support/implementation experience; 1–2 years in Senior Engineer or Supervisor.
• Experience with SQL, web services, API gateways, and Linux (Ubuntu/OpenSUSE).
• Deep technical command of HRIS modules, databases, and workflows (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage HRIS configurations for new company setups and organizational changes.
• Provide high-level technical assistance during tight monthly payroll windows.
• Act as hands-on engineer for payroll components, formulas, and labour regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance, data audits, and database troubleshooting for data hygiene.
• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines between HRIS and IT infrastructure.
• Serve as main technical contact with HRIS vendor for issues, patches, and customizations.
• Deliver advanced technical support for complex issues escalated by HO and Site HR teams.
