Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Management, 5+ years HR experience including supervision, and strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws. English proficiency and MS Office/Workday skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in logistics or multinational companies is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday).
