Job summary

John Hardy in Bali is seeking an experienced HR Operations Supervisor to oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance within Indonesian law. You will develop talent strategies, manage performance programs, and support engagement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR operations leadership, strong English skills, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations supervisory level including Recruitment, Payroll & HRIS.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliances.
• Assist in developing and executing talent strategies, including performance management, succession planning, training, and career development programs.
• Assist in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives and to support on managing programs to achieve an optimal employee satisfaction.
• Assist in controlling payroll processing, ensuring alignment with Indonesian legal requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding, orientation program.
• Responsible for industrial relations and disciplinary processes, from warnings to termination.
• Supporting in conducting salary research or benchmarking to maintain competitive and fair compensation structures.
• Collaborate on HR-related projects and assignments related to Health & Safety and to support business objectives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations supervisory level including Recruitment, Payroll & HRIS
