PT Banten West Java is seeking an HRGA Staff to support HR and General Affairs activities, ensuring efficient employee administration and daily operations in Jakarta. The role covers employee records, attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation, while coordinating with vendors for GA needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The HRGA Staff is responsible for supporting Human Resources and General Affairs activities to ensure that employee administration and daily operational needs are managed effectively and efficiently. This position handles employee records and documentation, attendance administration, HR activities, office facilities, company assets, and general operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately and systematically.
Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, permits, and other employee-related administration.
Support employee onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain HR administrative documents and periodic reports.
Support HR activities, including internal programs, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
Manage office facilities and general operational needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and maintain records of company inventory and assets.
Coordinate with vendors and relevant parties regarding General Affairs requirements.
Handle administration related to company facilities, transportation, accommodation, and other operational needs.
Maintain the organization, completeness, and confidentiality of HRGA documents.
Prepare periodic HRGA reports and perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Human Resources and General Affairs administration.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and well-organized in administrative tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information.
