The HRGA Manager oversees HR operations and administrative general affairs to ensure seamless organizational performance. This dual-focus role manages human capital (recruitment, compliance, employee relations) alongside facility management, asset maintenance, office administration, and procurement.
Key responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee retention strategies
Manage workplace investigations, resolve employee disputes, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Direct daily facility operations, office administration, workplace security, cleaning services, and physical infrastructure maintenance
Oversee company asset tracking, routine maintenance, office supplies, and company vehicle fleet operations
Manage third-party vendors, negotiate service contracts, process operational purchasing, and review utility expense control
Maintain workplace health and safety (HSE/K3) standards, manage business permits, licenses, and official government affairs
Prepare and monitor the annual operational budgets for both HR and General Affairs departments
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field
5+ years of combined experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead role
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, asset tracking software, procurement tools, and office management software
Deep understanding of local employment laws, labor relations, HSE standards, and corporate licensing procedures
Strong track record in vendor contract negotiation, cost control, and procurement management
High emotional intelligence, crisis management, cross-departmental coordination, and team leadership skills
