Job summary

PT Summit Seoyon Automotive Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Head of HR, General Affairs, and Legal to lead and optimize our HR, GA, and legal functions in alignment with corporate policies and goals. You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive manpower planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience in managing facilities, contracts, and vendor relations within an automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR, General Affairs, and/or Legal experience; supervisory/managerial preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR management, manpower planning, employee relations, industrial relations, and development.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Experience in General Affairs management (facilities, assets, security, permits, vendor mgmt).
• Ability to manage legal documents, licenses, and coordinate with external legal parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions in line with policies and objectives.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Optimize General Affairs operations and internal/external communications.
• Drive manpower planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external parties on legal matters and manage budgets.

Job description

To manage and ensure the effective implementation of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Legal functions in accordance with company policies, business objectives, and applicable laws and regulations. To maintain a positive and productive working environment, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, optimize General Affairs operations, establish effective internal and external communication, and achieve company targets in manpower planning, employee development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, and/or Legal function, Administration and or Employee relations, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Preferable experienced in automotive manufacturing industries.
• Good knowledge of HR management, manpower planning, employee relations, industrial relations, and employee development.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, company regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Experienced in General Affairs management, including company facilities, assets, security, permits, and vendor management.
• Able to manage legal documents, agreements, licenses, and coordinate with external legal parties when required.
• Budgeting and administration skill
• Smart, capable in the fields
• Experience using payroll systems /HRIS (Sunfish)
• Good communication, English is a must
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
