Job summary

Job description

HR Generalist position responsible for daily HR administration, employee documentation, and support across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily HR administration and employee documentation

Support comprehensive recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to orientation

Manage employee data, attendance, leave, and other HR administration

Support employee orientation, engagement activities, and internal HR programs

Assist in handling employee relations and HR-related matters

Support implementation of company policies and HR procedures

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Prepare HR reports and support HR projects as needed

Coordinate with other departments regarding HR and employee matters

About you

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Management, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR position

Experience in manufacturing company is a plus

Good understanding of HR administration and Indonesian labor regulations

Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively

High integrity and able to maintain employee confidentiality
