HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Industrial Manufacturing:

Responsible for managing and controlling the overall Human Resources and General Affairs functions to support company operations, ensuring that manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, training, compliance, and office services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, labour regulations, and operational business needs.
Job Description:
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's business goals/objectives. Provide HR guidance and support to leaders and employees.
Develop and drive HR strategies and transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities and Group Head Office (Germany) objectives.
Partner/collaborating with management to support organizational growth and workforce planning to identify and address HR-related business needs.
Matrix reporting with HR Europe and management at site.
Overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure workforce stability.
Leading compensation and benefits planning to maintain market competitiveness. Providing strategic guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
Lead Employee Relations and HR governance, ensuring effective implementation of company regulations, policies, and compliance with Indonesian Manpower law.
Driving training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
Lead organizational development and restructuring initiatives if necessary to build a more effective, agile, and scalable organization.
Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization, and productivity initiatives to improve organizational and operational effectiveness.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and translate them into effective people and organizational solutions.
Manging recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Managing performance review processes and employee development programmes.
Oversee General Affairs activities, including office facilities, security, cleaning services, catering, filing systems, and general office services.
Ensure the preparation of employee announcements, translation, reference letters, request letters and other official documents.
Lead, coach and develop the HR Team.
Manage HR projects, budgets, vendors (medical insurance, outsourcing analyses on renewal), consultants and compliance requirements.
Support ISO Audits and ensure HR documentation is properly maintained.
Act as HRBP and coordinate HR matters with Head Office.
The Successful Applicant:
A strong educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis for informed decision-making.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
Strong knowledge of employment laws (conflict resolution),
HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, HR best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5 - 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or managerial HR role
Experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits
Proven experience in driving HR transformation, organizational development, or major change initiatives.
Strong exposure to organizational restructuring, manpower planning, workforce productivity, and HR system development.
Solid understanding of employee relations, company regulations, HR governance, and Indonesian Manpower labor laws.
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and Global Head Office.
ISO or HR Certification is preferred.
Knowledge of OSS, BPKPM, WLKP, RPTKA, SIINAS, LKPM and other government report is preferred.
Strong Excel skills for HR reporting, data analysis, and monitoring.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written.
