Job summary

PT APM Armada Autoparts is seeking an HR professional with 2+ years in manufacturing to support HR processes, onboarding, and employee administration. The role requires strong recruitment skills, BEI experience, and the ability to develop Training Needs Analyses and training plans.

The candidate should excel in public speaking and training facilitation, with proficiency in MS Office. Immediate joining (ASAP) is preferred to support our growing West Java operations.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in Human Resources, Manufacture Company
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee administration and labor regulations
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment & BEI
• Able to develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & training plans
• Strong public speaking & training facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and job applications, conduct interviews and coordinate user interviews
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including drafting contracts and orientation
• Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files
• Handle employee contract renewals, status changes, and offboarding/resignation processes
• Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees
• Collect training feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs
• Assist in handling employee grievances, counseling and disciplinary issues
