Job summary

The role focuses on designing procedures and policies to support employees in a productive workplace, building a sustainable development strategy, and implementing a robust performance appraisal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Engineering or HRM.
• Minimum 2 years HR managerial experience.
• Strong grasp of HR management trends and development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, agility, teamwork.
• Proficient in Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, and evaluate HR concepts and GA.
• Design work procedures and policies for employees.
• Develop employee development strategy and performance appraisal system.
• Analyze HR data and provide improvement recommendations.
