Job summary

PT Tancorp Abadi Nusantara, a leading chemicals & plastics manufacturing group with more than 10,000 employees, seeks an HR Manager to organize, develop, and evaluate Human Capital concepts including HR administration, general affairs, organizational development, and compensation & benefits.

The role focuses on designing procedures and policies to support employees in a productive workplace, building a sustainable development strategy, and implementing a robust performance appraisal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Engineering or HRM.
• Minimum 2 years HR managerial experience.
• Strong grasp of HR management trends and development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, agility, teamwork.
• Proficient in Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Organizing, developing, and evaluating Human Capital concept (Human Resource Administration & General Affairs, Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, and Compensation & Benefit).

Able to design procedures and policies of work that support employees in a convenient workplace environment.

Designing a development strategy for employees and organizations and a sustainable performance appraisal system.

Analyzing and providing recommendations for constructive development based on Human Resource (HR) data enrichment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience at a managerial level.

Deep understanding of Human Resource management trends, functions, and development.

Strong proficiency in Indonesian labor laws, legal compliance, and industrial relations problem-solving.

Proven ability to implement employee development programs that support business strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, agility, teamwork, dedication, and integrity.
