Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• At least 10 years of HR experience.
• Experience in multinational/foreign-owned firms essential.
• 5+ years as HR Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Experience with audits and labor law.
• Familiarity with ISO, FCC, WCP certifications.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
• Handle payroll and staff welfare.
• Coordinate audits and labor management under updated manpower law.
• Address legal matters and certifications (ISO, etc.).
• Manage safety certifications for orders.

Job description

Overseeing HRGA-related work (performance management & evaluation, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, recruitment, training, payroll.

Dealing with Audit

Dealing with issues of Human Resources Management/Labor Management based on Updated Manpower Law.

Dealing with Legal matters and certifications such as ISO, etc.

Manage safety and/or figuring out which certification is necessary for an order, etc.

Managing 2 subordinates in HRGA Dept.

Contacting the Manpower office and other government offices related to the HRGA work if necessary.

Business trips to Karawang once every few months.

Preparing HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and business planning

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology.

At least 10 years of experience in HR position.

Experience at a Japanese company is not required, but experience at a multinational or foreign-owned company is essential.

At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager or Assistant Manager (Management experience).

Experience and knowledge in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Labor Management

Experience in dealing with Audit.

Experience in dealing with Legal matters as well as Certification(ISO, FCC, WCP etc……)

Skills

• Computer skills (word, Excel, PP)
• Writing a report in English language.
• Knowledge about Human resource Management & Updated Labor Law
• Knowledge of legal matters
• Knowledge about Certification (ISO, FCC, WCP) Knowledge about which certification is necessary for a certain order and/or for safety management.
• Management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment

Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential

Certification in HR practices (such as CHRM or equivalent) is advantageous
