Job summary

PT Arflu SE is seeking an experienced HRGA leader to oversee HR, General Affairs, and compliance at our Tangerang site. The role requires a senior candidate with a minimum of five years in HRGA and a track record in supervision, policy development, and regulatory adherence.

You will manage compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring OSS-RBA and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, HRM, or related field with GPA 3.00+.
• Minimum 5 years in HRGA with 2-3 years in supervision.
• Strong HRGA policy, compliance, and employee administration knowledge.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and related regulations.

• Lead HRGA operations, staffing, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and licensing requirements.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HRGA, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory position.

Strong understanding of HRGA management, policies, procedures, and employee administration.

Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HRGA procedures and documentation.

Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, job evaluation, recruitment & selection, performance management, and employee relations.

Able to develop and maintain HR Competency Matrix based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency gap analysis.

Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations, including employment contracts, BPJS, working hours, leave, disciplinary actions, and other HR compliance matters.

Understanding of General Affairs, asset management, office facilities, company administration, and vendor management.

Good knowledge of Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) and related business licensing and company compliance requirements, including NIB, business licenses, and relevant government permits.

Familiar with digital HR systems, including employee data management, attendance, leave, payroll-related administration, and HR reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools

Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills*

Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership and a proactive working attitude.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Highly motivated, responsible, hardworking, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
