Job summary

HAND Global Solutions, a leading Enterprise Digital Transformation Solutions Provider, seeks a seasoned HR, General Affairs and Corporate Legal Administration Manager in Jakarta to oversee HR operations, payroll, and regulatory compliance. You will lead end-to-end HR processes, supervise internal control over legal documents, and coordinate with external consultants and authorities.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, and corporate legal administration, preferably in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in a Chinese-owned company or an IT consulting company is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, BPJS, PPh 21, and Indonesian labor laws.
• Experience in managing company legal documents, business licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of employment regulations and corporate legal administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall HR, General Affairs, and corporate legal administration activities.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, BPJS administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage company legal documents, business licenses, permits, and corporate documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants and government authorities regarding legal and licensing matters.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Manage office facilities, company assets, vendor relationships, and general administrative operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to management on HR policies, legal compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development.
