Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking an experienced HRGA Generalist to lead site-based HR operations in Indonesia. You will oversee end-to-end HRGA activities, including employee relations, general affairs, facilities, and site administration to ensure compliant and smooth operations at mining sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/Management/Psychology or related discipline.
• 5–7 years HRGA/HR Generalist experience, preferably in mining or site operations.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, industrial relations, general affairs, and manpower management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HRGA operations, including employee relations, general affairs, facilities, and site administration.
• Manage HR administration and manpower activities, including attendance, employee services, and industrial relations.
• Ensure smooth site operations and employee support, covering accommodation, transportation, security, facilities, and employee welfare.
• Coordinate with site management and Corporate HR to implement HRGA policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead and supervise the HRGA team while supporting employee engagement initiatives and resolving operational issues.
