Duvalco Flow Technology Indonesia is seeking an HRGA Officer to manage recruitment, shift scheduling, labor compliance, time-attendance, employee relations, and GA duties at our Bogor site. You will oversee office tools and PPE, permits and safety certificates, facility management, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and external relations.
A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience in heavy industry or manufacturing are preferred, with strong knowledge of BPJS, ISO 9001, HRIS, and payroll
Industrial Recruitment: Source specialized CNC operators, welders, machinists, and assembly technicians.
Shift Scheduling: Coordinate complex 24/7 or multi-shift rotations for factory floor workers.
Labor Compliance: Enforce local labor laws regarding overtime, heavy-machinery hazards, and factory wages.
Time Attendance: Manage biometric or card-punch systems to calculate complex overtime payouts accurately.
Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts between floor workers, supervisors, and engineering staff.
Office Tools and Equipment: Handling the office tools and equipment for supporting the operational of office and factory, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like steel-toe boots and safety glasses for new-hires and guests
Permit Management: Maintain legal operating licenses, environmental permits, and pressure-vessel safety certificates.
Facility Management: Housing for expatriate and staff employees, Company Vehicles, Coordinate repairs for the factory building, office spaces arrangements.
Vendor Coordination: Manage driver, OB, and security personnel through the third party.
Asset Tracking: Inventory office equipment, factory tools, and consumable supplies.
External Relations: Handling the incoming letters/proposals of donations, charity, sponsorship from community.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling both HR and GA functions, preferably within heavy industry, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
Labor Laws: Deep understanding of local labor regulations, employment contracts, and statutory employee benefits (e.g., BPJS in Indonesia or regional equivalents).
Industrial Safety: Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and manufacturing standards (such as ISO 9001 quality management and HSE guidelines).
Software Tools: Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems), biometric time-attendance software, and basic office applications like Microsoft Excel for payroll tracking.
Vendor Management: Experience negotiating with third-party suppliers, utility companies, and security or cleaning agencies.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate disputes between management and factory workers or labor unions.
Multitasking: High capacity to switch quickly between strategic HR planning and hands-on facility maintenance tasks.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to interact with both factory-floor technicians and corporate executives.
Problem Solving: Resourceful mindset to quickly handle operational emergencies, such as utility blackouts or safety equipment shortages.
Domicile/Residing: Since the factory is located in Cicadas-Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor Regency, we prefer candidates are from Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Bekasi Regency, Bekasi City, Depok City, Cibubur and surrounds.
