Job summary

Dynapack Asia Group is seeking an experienced HR & GA Generalist to oversee daily HR and GA operations, serving as the main contact for employee relations and inquiries. The role requires 5+ years in HR & GA within a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.

You will manage attendance, leave, payroll data preparation, and coordinate with third‑party vendors while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR & GA Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
• Experience in General Affairs, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR and General Affairs (GA) operations, acting as the main point of contact for employee relations and operational inquiries.
• Supervise and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll data preparation.
• Manage end-to-end GA activities.
• Manage and evaluate external vendor relationships (e.g., outsourcing agencies) to ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Monitor company compliance with local labor regulations, BPJS requirements, and internal company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR & GA Generalist (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage).
• Solid practical knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and basic industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience handling General Affairs, facility management, and coordinating with third‑party vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, labor unions (if applicable), and management.
