Job summary

CV LAMINEX MATERIAL INDONESIA is seeking an HR Generalist to support the growth of a company with about 100 employees. You will help build and manage HR functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employment administration.

You will implement SOPs, monitor BPJS programs, manage employee data, and help develop KPI systems while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and strong communication to support multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR/HRGA
• Understanding of recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, attendance, and employment administration
• Understanding of basic Indonesian employment regulations
• Able to work independently and build HR systems from the beginning
• Assertive, detail-oriented, communicative, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience managing companies with 50–150+ employees is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interview, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Manage employee data, employment contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, and HR documents
• Prepare payroll data and administer BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan
• Create and implement SOPs and company regulations related to employees
• Handle warning letters, discipline, conflicts, and employee issues
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and organizational structure
• Help create KPI systems and employee performance evaluations
• Conduct manpower planning and ensure employee numbers in each division meet requirements
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management
• Ensure employment administration complies with applicable regulations
