PT Haday Food Indonesia is seeking an HR General Affairs professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding, while handling employee administration and payroll processes. The role ensures compliance with Indonesian labor laws, oversees foreign worker administration (RPTKA, KITAS/ITAS, visas), and supports General Affairs, facilities, vendors, and security.

This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding. It encompasses employee administration, payroll processing, employee relations, and ensures HR policies comply with Indonesian labor regulations. The role also handles foreign worker administration and general affairs activities including facilities, vendors, and security.
Key responsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding
Manage employee administration, including, attendance, leave, employee records, and other HR documentation
Manage employee relations and provide support for day-to-day employee matters
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable Indonesian labor regulations
Handle manpower administration and coordinate with relevant government institutions, including Disnaker
Manage foreign worker administration, including RPTKA, KITAS/ITAS, visas, and related documentation
Manage General Affairs activities, including facilities, vendors, security, and other operational requirements
Prepare and coordinate documentation for Immigration audits, Disnaker inspections, and other compliance audits
Provide administrative and operational support to management as required
About youMinimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & GAExperience in a manufacturing company is highly preferredFluent in English and able to communicate effectively in English for daily work, meetings, and coordination with management and external parties.Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration
Experience in preparing for and handling audits or inspections, particularly Immigration audits, Disnaker inspections, and other compliance audits
Experience handling foreign workers (TKA), RPTKA, KITAS/ITAS, visas, and related administration is a strong advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, vendors, government institutions, and external parties
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
