PT. Lila Sehat Teknologi Medis in Jakarta is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration, coordinating between English-speaking management and Indonesian staff.
You will translate policies and communications between English and Indonesian, support payroll and contracts, and assist management with HR projects while maintaining confidential records.
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and communication between English-speaking management and Indonesian employees. The role also supports HR documentation, policy implementation, and bilingual communication within the company.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and communicate with English-speaking management regarding candidate assessments.
Prepare candidate profiles, recruitment reports, and hiring updates in English.
Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns, complaints, attendance issues, and disciplinary matters.
Act as a communication bridge between management and employees.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining a positive working environment.
HR Administration
Manage employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR documents.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
Prepare regular HR reports and administrative documents.
Translate HR policies, announcements, contracts, SOPs, and internal communications between English and Indonesian.
Assist with interpretation during meetings involving English-speaking management.
Ensure HR-related information is communicated clearly and accurately.
Management Support
Provide HR reports and updates to English-speaking management.
Assist management with employee-related decisions and HR matters.
Support HR projects and other tasks assigned by management.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR/HRGA.
Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience working with expatriate or multinational management is preferred.
Good understanding of HR administration and Indonesian employment practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Able to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
