Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Jakarta is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to partner with the Retail leadership team. You will deliver responsive HR services, advise on employee relations, and work with the Indonesia HR and Zone CoEs to align people solutions with business needs.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in retail or service industries. You will help with performance management, succession planning and regulatory compliance while fostering an engaged,

• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience in retail or service industries.
• Good knowledge of employment law & HR practices.
• Experience partnering with global/zone HR teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and coaching to the retail leadership team regarding employee relations issues.

As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with the Senior HR Manager to support the Retail leadership Team to understand their HR needs and provide full HR generalist support that is aligned to the business needs and direction:

Profile

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in the retail or service industry
• Highly motivated individual who is hands-on, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff
• Good knowledge of employment law & regulations and HR practices
