Zusammenfassung

PT Luvitasindo (Louis Vuitton) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Retail leadership team in Jakarta. You will partner with the Senior HR Manager to deliver day‑to‑day HR services aligned to business needs, including manpower planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, engagement, succession and performance management.

You will coach retail leaders on employee relations, collaborate with Indonesia HR and Zone COE teams to craft talent solutions, and use HR analytics

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail or service industry.
• Hands-on, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all staff levels.
• Good knowledge of employment law, regulations and HR practices.

Aufgaben

• Deliver day-to-day HR services to the retail team including manpower planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management.
• Provide consultation and coaching to the retail leadership team regarding employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with Indonesia HR and Zone HR Centres of Excellence to create talent solutions for the business.
• Maintain and use HR analytics to support people-related decision-making.
• Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
