Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, currently establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, is seeking a Learning & Development professional. You will manage training programs, develop skill matrices, and supervise trainers to uplift production staff skills.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience in L&D or Training within manufacturing, strong English, and proficiency with KPI monitoring and e-training platforms. Competitence in Excel and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in manufacturing or footwear.
• Strong communication and database management skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiar with KPI monitoring and e-training platforms.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-job skill training for new employees for 15–21 days.
• Develop and maintain employee Skill Matrix and skill level records.
• Manage the e-training platform and training database.
• Monitor employee multi-skill development with a target of 5–10% annually.
• Monitor training KPIs and identify employee skill gaps.
• Coordinate and supervise Skill Trainers and training activities.
• Support continuous improvement of production employees' skills and competencies.
