Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures in Central Java is seeking an Export & Import Staff Bonded Zone (English Speaker) to support international logistics. You will arrange export shipments, prepare documents, and coordinate customs clearance for import activities.

This on-site role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a diploma or degree, and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus. The position offers full-time employment after a 3-month probation with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the related field.
• Familiar with customs regulations and export-import procedures.
• Proficient in operating CEISA and ESKA systems, and experienced in arranging shipments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange export shipments and prepare all required export documents.
• Prepare customs documents and handle customs clearance processes for import activities.
• Monitor export and import shipments to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Calculate import taxes accurately and in accordance with regulations.

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the related field
• Familiar with customs regulations and export-import procedures
• Proficient in operating CEISA and ESKA systems, and experienced in arranging shipments
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Good attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team
