Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufacturies in Pemalang, Central Java, seeks a Canteen Operations Supervisor for its new factory in the sports shoe sector.

You will manage daily canteen operations, monitor ingredients with FIFO, oversee budgeting and purchasing, ensure food safety and OH&S, and coordinate with the Chef on menus. This is a full-time role after a 3-month probation with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have SMA/SMK or bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of experience in canteen/F&B operations.
• Good English or Chinese communication is an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory, FIFO, purchasing and basic cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily canteen operations and ensure smooth meal services.
• Monitor food ingredients and inventory using FIFO principles.
• Manage and monitor the canteen budget and food costs.
• Purchase food ingredients, meals and canteen equipment as needed.
• Check food quality, expiration dates, and compliance with OHS standards.
• Prepare grocery recapitulation and meal realization reports with Finance.
• Coordinate with the Chef regarding menu planning and ingredient availability.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper canteen procedures.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily canteen operations and ensure smooth meal services.

Monitor food ingredients and inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.

Manage and monitor the canteen budget and food costs.

Purchase food ingredients, meals, and canteen equipment as needed.

Check food quality, expiration dates, and compliance with OHS standards.

Prepare grocery recapitulation and meal realization reports in coordination with Finance.

Coordinate with the Chef regarding menu planning and ingredient availability.

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper canteen procedures.

Requirements

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 1 year of experience in canteen/F&B operations.

Good English or Chinese communication skills are an advantage.

Good understanding of inventory, FIFO, purchasing, and basic cost control.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
