Job summary

PT Golden Victory Manufactures is establishing a new factory in Pemalang, Central Java, in the sports shoe industry. We seek an HSE Compliance & Risk Management specialist to support audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage health and safety permits.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in OHS, AK3 Umum and Industrial Hygiene certifications, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. English proficiency is essential; the company offers healthcare and social insurance benefits and a clear

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety / Hiperkes.
• Hold AK3 Umum and Industrial Hygiene KEMNAKER / BNSP.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the related field.
• Understanding Occupational Health and Safety legal compliance.
• Experience in handling the buyer audit process.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation for internal and external audit process

Reviewing the company's social compliance standards

Renewing company permits for Occupational Health and Safety

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety / Hiperkes

Hold AK3 Umum and Industrial Hygiene KEMNAKER / BNSP

Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field

Understanding Occupational Health and Safety legal compliance

Experience in handling the buyer audit process

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Good attitude, able to work independently and as a part of the team
