About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Kendal Regency, and Grobogan Regency, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role within our organization. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role is integral to supporting our business objectives and ensuring we attract, retain, and develop talented team members who contribute to our continued success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and Indonesian labour regulations
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and disputes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Administer compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and development planning for all levels of staff
- Design and deliver training and development program to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and ensure compliance with data protection and employment legislation
- Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation
- Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on organizational development and workforce planning
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven expertise in recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition processes
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resources Management/Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification or qualification (such as CHRM/CIRM or equivalent) is highly desirable
