Job summary

PT. AEON Indonesia seeks a training coordinator to deliver programs across our store network. You will train all employees, apprentices and outsource workers from planning to reporting, and prepare tools and equipment.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of trainer experience are required, preferably in retail. You will coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter and help management ensure compliance with company regulations, with rotating mall hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with proven experience in delivering training.
• Strong understanding of training delivery and methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching and developing people.
• Training certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store.
• Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, from scheduling to reporting.
• Prepare training tools and training equipment.
• Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program.
• Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation.
• Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to improve Training Department.
